Lean Machine is my portfolio of small software bets: experiments at the edge of what AI-assisted development makes possible for a solo builder.
Each idea gets validated, then an MVP is built in a few weeks. If there’s no signal after 90 days, it’s killed and moved to the Morgue. The site publishes the human hours, AI hours and money spent across the whole portfolio.
Survivors so far include Git Lineage, ECS Rails, Vertext and Lazybones.
